I'm pretty amazed at how my eye has healed. Here is a picture of exactly 2 weeks later. I've been putting Vitamin E on it every morning and night and it seems to be helping a lot. Plus, the doctor the sewed me up did a great job (but the girl that unstitched it did a HORRIBLE job - it was bleeding when she was done taking out the stitches)...check it out!
Is it just me or do can you count 3 chins too? Oh, yeah - the scar is pretty small, no?
Even close up you can tell it is getting better faster than I would have guessed.

I think that it looks great also!! I had this one surgery on my hand where my doctor told me that you wouldn't even be able to tell that I had even had surgery, LIAR!! I still am a little bitter about it to this day every time that I look at my hand and see this huge scar!! You are lucky because I think that is healing really well and there will be hardly any scar to go with your story.
Anyway, you are totally remembering our cookie story correctly:) I love it!! That is exactly what we did. I love that I just assumed they turned out great, because I have come so far in the cooking world in my old age the thought of me making horrible cookies doesn't even cross my mind, BUT you are so right, they were HORRIBLE!!! LOL!!
I am sorry to say that I don't have that receipe. I do have a Mrs. Fields cookie cook book that I have never used. I now know why. I always just assumed they weren't the real receipes so I never made them, but really it was this deep dark memory I had surpressed of our Mrs. Fields experience!
You are so funny that you remember that. Live has played a horrible trick on me and played me somewhat of a bad hand and it has caused me to forget way too much of my younger more laughable years. I love it when friends remind me of something that I have forgotten, it is like a great big smiley face in my heart. You are the best.
